regarding our shipping process.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not
processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are
experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a
few additional days.
Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on
orders over $50.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping
may be available — please contact us at info@rexalite.com for more
information.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email
with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order
on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Rexalite is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during
shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us
immediately at info@rexalite.com with photos of the damage and
we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Rexalite is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect
address provided by the customer.
